We as a concerned nation a free nation of the first world need to defend our country from these Communists and Socialists who wants to destroy this country and want to control and manipulate others. This is a call to action this is a call for real change if we as a country and a nation should stand up against these Democrat Communist Socialist Party that wants to take all of our rights and freedoms away from us. The overhaul is the next major piece of legislation that Obama wants to sign into law this year, but solid GOP opposition in the Senate is jeopardizing that goal.

Sarah Palin criticized President Barack Obama on Saturday for saying America is a military superpower “whether we like it or not,” saying she was taken aback by his comment.

“I would hope that our leaders in Washington, D.C., understand we like to be a dominant superpower,” the former Alaska governor said. “I don’t understand a world view where we have to question whether we like it or not that America is powerful.”

Obama said earlier this week that the United States must do its best to resolve conflicts around the world before they grow too serious.

“It is a vital national security interest of the United States to reduce these conflicts because whether we like it or not, we remain a dominant military superpower, and when conflicts break out, one way or another we get pulled into them,” Obama said. “And that ends up costing us significantly in terms of both blood and treasure.”

First fallout: Pro-Life Group strips Stupak of “Defender of Life” award

The anti-abortion Susan B. Anthony List group announced tonight they will strip Rep. Bart Stupak of the “Defender of Life” award that he’s received several times. The group blasted Stupak’s role in forging a compromise with the White House on abortion language in an executive order and said he is no longer truly “pro-life.”

The group says President Obama’s executive order was “unacceptable” and they are redoubling efforts to elect “true” pro-life candidates.

SBA List Candidate Fund President Marjorie Dannenfelser issued a statement saying the group had been planning to honor Stupak (D-MI) for his efforts at their Campaign for Life Gala scheduled for Wednesday. “We will no longer be doing so. By accepting this deal from the most pro-abortion President in American history, Stupak has not only failed to stand strong for unborn children, but also for his constituents and pro-life voters across the country,” Dannenfelser said in the statement.

Women’s groups criticized Obama for the order as well.

The SBA List statement said lawmakers who vote for the health care bill “can no longer call themselves ‘pro-life.’”
